Our spacious and comfortably furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of room on 90 m² for
3 to 6 people.
Two comfortable bedrooms guarantee restful nights, while the open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy TV corner invites you to relax together.
The bathroom has a shower and bath; the toilet is in a separate room.
Ideal for more comfort in everyday life.
For added comfort, there is a shoe drying cabinet, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, as well as included bed linen and towels.
From the balcony you can enjoy fresh mountain air and a beautiful view; thanks to the separate entrance you enjoy maximum privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped – including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, etc. – so you can feel at home.

Winter 2027 (12/12/2026 to 1/05/2027) : up to 3 persons €170,- each additional person €30,-/night
Final cleaning €85,-

Short stays (up to 3 nights) incur an 8% surcharge.

Tourist tax €2.60 per adult / day (children under 15 years free).

On your arrival day, the apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 pm.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. at the latest. -
Pets are not allowed.

Payment terms: Cash or bank transfer only. 30% deposit due upon booking.

Cancellation policy:
For short-notice cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures, the room rate will be charged. Otherwise, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.
