Terms and Conditions

(Holiday apartment / private rental)

 

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services of the holiday apartment Irene, owned by Irene Fankhauser.

 

2. Services

We offer holiday apartments for rent for recreational and vacation purposes. The exact amenities and services are detailed in the respective booking confirmation.

 

3. Booking & Contract Conclusion

The accommodation contract is concluded through written or electronic booking confirmation.

 

4. Prices & Payment

The prices quoted are in euros.
The following payment methods are accepted:

• Transfer

• Cash payment

 

5. Cancellation policy

In case of short-notice cancellations, late arrivals or early departures, the room price will be charged.
Furthermore, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions (ÖHVB) apply in their currently valid version.

 

6. Liability

The landlord is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

 

7. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the landlord's place of business in Tux, Austria.

 

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
